At FragDose, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, opened or used perfume decants cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace products if:
- The wrong item was sent.
- The product arrived damaged or leaking.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
